In 2004, one of the busiest years for Kimora, the exppansion of Baby Phat Brand. Russell and Kimora Created the Simmons Jewelry Company to market jewelry items under Phat Farm and Baby Phat labels, which resulted in Kimora Lee Simmons brand. In the same year Kimora partnered with Vida Shoes International, INC. to create a new shoe line for Baby Phat to include wedges, boots, stelettos, and toddler shoes. In December of 2004, Kimora introduced a pink diamond-encrusted limited-edition Baby Phat cell phone, that retailed for $699.
